Animal Hospital Policies

Appointment Policy

  • Except in the case of emergencies, appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure the veterinarian has adequate time with each pet
  • For client convenience, drop-off appointments are available daily
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their appointment to allow time for check in

Pet Safety Policy

  • All dogs must be leashed and controlled while in the hospital and on hospital grounds
  • All cats must be safely contained in a pet carrier

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of service
  • For client convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks
  • For situations where other forms of payment are unavailable, we now accept Care Credit.

  • Client and patient records are kept confidential
  • No client information, including e-mail and mailing information, is ever shared with external parties
